Cam is the Founder of StartupGradJobs which is a platform that aims to connect start-ups with graduate/junior talent. The barriers for talent to find their 1st role has become increasingly difficult and StartUpGradJobs aims to tackle that.

It was really interesting to hear about how Cam has built the platform, all while working in a full time role of his own.
